Objective:
Develop an onboarding resource that enhances the student experience, strengthens university communication, and helps incoming students feel prepared and connected before beginning their medical education.

My Role

  • Led the development and creation of the student guidebook from concept through completion
  • Organized and structured a large amount of information into a clear, user-friendly resource
  • Collaborated with internal teams to gather, organize, and refine content
  • Developed content organization and page structure to improve usability
  • Managed the creation of a 100-page publication designed for incoming students
  • Supported the visual layout, formatting, and brand consistency of the final guidebook

Challenges

The challenge was transforming a large amount of information from multiple sources into a single, organized resource that was useful for students preparing for a major life transition.

The guide needed to serve a diverse group of incoming medical students while balancing important university information with practical relocation resources. The goal was to create something that was informative, approachable, and easy to navigate.

Outcome
